Out With the Old and In With the New

It’s that time of year to reflect on the past year, and to see what you can do better or keep the same. I think I can safely say that 2020 was hard on almost everyone if not everyone. I know I haven’t been updating my projects or updating this sight because it took all I had to keep my sanity, and God, spinning and yarn work was where I could find it. I didn’t know what to say or want to sacrifice the time to spend on the computer. But now I am almost in a better place mentally. I’m working on letting go of the things I can’t control and making wiser choices in my life.

With all that said, I am going to make more of an effort weekly to be here and sharing more of what I am up to and projects I am working on. Sharing the good the bad and the ugly. Trust me, there has been some ugly.

I got some new toys last year, so I will be doing some videos on them. I’m toying with the idea of doing some crochet, knitting, spinning, and Tunisian crochet how to videos, but I’m not entirely sure yet.

So this is my little blip to let you guys know I am still alive and around, I’ve just been keeping my head down and just trying to make it through this past year. I’m hoping for a better year this year (aren’t we all), because I know have wrapped my head around the fact I can’t control everything (only God can do that, and he can have that job) I can control my choices and how I feel about things and whether or not to let things outside myself and my home get to me. So I am off to snuggle the cutest 2 year old I know. I’ll see you guys later.
